Mark Prince
Prince serves in a number of civic leadership positions, including Executive Committee member and Past Chairman of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce, WV’s largest business organization; Executive Committee member and Past Chairman of the West Virginia Bankers Association; board member of the West Virginia Business Roundtable, West Virginia Independent Colleges and Universities; West Virginia Venture Capital Connection; the West Virginia Council for Community and Economic Development; Immediate Past Chairman and Governor’s designee of the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council; and the American Bankers Association Bank PAC Committee. In May 2005, Prince accompanied Senator John D. Rockefeller IV and Governor Joe Manchin III on a trade mission to Japan, sponsored by the Discover the Real West Virginia Foundation. In October 2003, Governor Wise awarded Prince the Distinguished West Virginian Award, and in March 2001, the West Virgina High Technology Foundation named him as 2000 Corporate Citizen of the Year. Prince is a 1978 graduate of Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio, with a BA in economics. He holds series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 securities licenses. |

He joined the firm in 1989 as Sr Vice President of Bank One Trust Company, NA; served as President & CEO of Bank One, Portsmouth, NA from 1991 to 1994; was named Chairman & CEO of Bank One’s franchise across southeastern Ohio in January 1995; later in 1995, was named President of Bank One in Charleston, West Virginia, and eventually named Chairman & CEO of Bank One West Virginia, NA in 2000. In 2004, Bank One became a division of JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA.
